Tops did a wonderful job on installing my Katzkin leather seats. If your looking to upgrade your seats don’t hesitate to contact Tops Unlimited, you won’t regret it.

Rich is a super nice guy, and you can tell he knows his stuff. He works out of a personal garage and you can tell cars are his life hobby and passion. He quoted me a fair price on fixing my 2011 escape sunroof that broke during the winter when no one else would do it. You can also tell he’s got a great rapport with local parts ppl by the way he called and spoke to them when searching for my part which was discontinued. Unfortunately at the moment, I needed to cancel the job because I can’t afford the $1,200 repair but I will probably circle back around and get it done in the future. Which actually was cheaper than the other quote I got. For now, I have too much other things more important. Thankfully, he’s willing to refund my deposit I made since I canceled in 24 hours. I definitely recommend him for any precious vehicles. You just have to be mindful he’s a one man band and seems pretty busy with work and projects. However he scheduled me quickly which was only two weeks out. But like I said, an overall a stand up guy that I definitely trusted to be fair and honest.

Poor customer service and they'll rip you off. The bottom portion of my rear window on my soft-top convertible was coming unglued. I could see that it had been attached with an adhesive and figured this was something that could be easily fixed. I went to Tops Unlimited to find out what kind of adhesive was best. The man there told me that the guy who looked at convertibles was not there and would not be there until <onday. He then started ranting about how much he hated convertibles, how they were terrible cars, that no one should buy them etc. He glanced at my window and told me I would need a whole new top and gave me a card. I was genuinely upset by this because a new top is huge expense for what seemed to be a relatively minor problem. Thankfully my husband did some research and found it was a common problem with an easy solution. He and my father in law fixed my back window themselves and it is watertight and firmly attached once more. Not only do I feel like this was an attempt to rip me off, the blatant disrespect by the employee is unacceptable. NEVER go here.

We purchased a brand new SUV from an Erie dealer. We had worked it out with the dealer to have after-market leather installed in all 3 rows of our new SUV. The dealer has been using Tops Unlimited to do most of their after-market installs. We had heard from previous Tops customers that the owner likes to put "Badges" on the cars he works on. Sometimes drilling holes in the doors so that he can put his company's name on your car. We called to ask that he not to this to our vehicle. After some grumbling about it voiding the warranty if the badge wasn't installed (wouldn't the VIN work for the warranty???) he agreed to not put anything additional on our car. When we went to Tops to pick our the color of leather the owner told us that we could choose a different color stitching than the leather to make it more personal. He talked this option up and noted that this could be done at no extra charge (Great!). We opted for a light leather and a darker stitch. We went to pick up or vehicle from the dealer after Tops had it for 4 days and were very disappointed. Our biggest upset initially was that they had used 2 different colors of thread on all of the seats. Some of the stitching was the
